1- Managed site qa/qc work activities and organization of 4 subcontractors on a daily basis.2- Monitoring the project progress based on the approved project scdule plan and support documents.3- Prepared construction progress reports(daily, weekly, monthly) and high level management reports for high level management members.4- Supported Projects Director with purchasing, RFIs, and submittals to increase work productivity.5- Presented procedures, rules, and regulations to subcontractors involved in the project while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment.6- Attended in client meetings on weekly and monthly basis, reviewed scope of work, proposed creative solutions to resolve conflicts and best serve clients' needs. 7- Reviewed planning, scheduling and project detail construction design drawings(AFC).

1-Welding Procedure Reviewing, Qualification & Welder Test:- Reviewing of all required WPS for the
project based on the project requirement. Conducted the Qualification of Welding Procedure, Welder Test,
Witness the Mechanical Test for test pieces, Preparation of WQT Records, Welder Certificates and
Documentation for API 5L, ASTM A10.
2-Welding Inspection: - Drawing verification, Fit-up inspection, and Visual inspection. Preparation of all the
required documents and Reports, Offering of joints for NDT.
3- Visual Inspection:- Visual Inspection of weld joints, Offering for NDT, Report verification etc.
4- Interpretation of NDT: - Interpretation and checking of RT, MT & UT as applicable in Specifications.
5- Pigging and Hydro Test:- reviewing of Test Pack, Witness the pigging process and hydro test for laid
pipeline and its documentation.
5-Maintaining the latest revision of all Contract Documents, Drawings, Specifications and Standards required for piping Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
6-To ensure that all activities carried out by the contractor comply with project procedure and specification maintaining quality and safety. To keep track records and documentation for all the related works in the project.
